Tom Grotheus is the owner of Tom G Consulting Group, LLC. Established in 2021, the consulting practice focuses on assisting firms to deliver contact center operational excellence and accelerate customer-centric culture transformation.
With nearly three decades of financial services experience at USAA, culminating in leading USAA’s largest sales and service member-contact team as a senior vice president, Tom has a proven record of aligning large organizations to deliver best-in-class results, while balancing exceptional outcomes for the customer, the firm, and its employees.
A BBA and MBA graduate of San Antonio’s St. Mary’s University, Tom is also a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter.
