As Vice President, Global Benefits & Mobility, Moran is responsible for the strategy, governance, development and execution of Nielsen’s US benefits programs as well as global well-being and mobility programs for ~15,000 associates across 40+ countries. Prior to his appointment in 2023, Moran served as Vice President, Talent Strategy acting as key partner and advisor to Nielsen’s CFO and senior leadership within Finance & Enterprise Operations. Moran began his career with Nielsen in Finance and during his 10+ years with the organization has held various positions across Corporate HR, Program Management, FP&A, Treasury, & Investor Relations.
