Tommy brings decades of experience in developing public and private health and welfare programs that deliver value to employees and retirees while mitigating risk and effectively managing overall program costs for employers. Tommy received his Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University, and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary.
