Toon is currently the Global Vice President of People Continuity at Anheuser-Busch InBev, a position he has held since March 2021. In this role, he oversees Talent, Attraction, L&D, and Culture & Engagement for a global scope. Prior, Toon served as the Vice President of People & Transformation for AB InBev’s Europe business and as the Business Unit President of Japan, Hong Kong, and Macau. He has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, business transformation, talent management, and leading and developing people. Prior to joining AB InBev, Toon earned his MA and BA in International Relations from the University of Groningen.
