Started at Shaw as a Process Systems Engineer at Plant 20. Moved into CIM as a Software Developer and, after two years in this role, became a Software Development Manager. Worked for 14 years in CIM and became a Director in the Supply Chain Business Solutions responsible for leading the development of the technology strategy for manufacturing operations. After 18 months in this role, I became the Director of CIM for two years before moving into my current role as VP of Talent Management.

After my junior year of high school, I attended a Summer Youth Minority Engineering Program at the University of Wisconsin - Madison where I got introduced to the engineering profession and ultimately decided to major in mechanical engineering.
