Tricia joined Accolade to lead our sales efforts to bring the personalized healthcare experience to employers and employees across the country. Prior to joining the team, Tricia led the Midwest Health and Benefits team for Willis Towers Watson. Other roles have included National Brokerage and Advisory Leader and National Growth Leader.  In her 20+ years in the industry, she has also been a featured speaker at SHRM, the Conference Board and various regional events on health and benefit topics.

As a lifelong resident of Columbus, Ohio, Tricia spends her weekends watching her daughter play softball or perform in a musical. She enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time outdoors, spinning, Pilates or going on long walks with her two very energetic dog
