As a Senior Director of Experience Measurement and Insights, Trisha Tempero is responsible for developing and leading experience measurement programs across all customers for UnitedHealthcare. Trisha is passionate about driving UnitedHealth Group’s mission of “Helping People Live Healthier Lives and Helping Make The Health System Work Better For Everyone” through actionable insights that improve healthcare experiences for individual people and the system overall. Trisha holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University and when she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, preferably doing something outside!
