Tyson Cornell currently leads PwC’s Advisory business in the US, the Americas and Asia Pacific and is the CEO of the US and Japan Consulting businesses.

In his role as Advisory Leader, he is responsible for accelerating the firm’s ability to help clients reinvent their businesses as they navigate a rapidly changing market and emerging technology. He oversees PwC’s consulting specialties, including M&A, digital transformation, strategy consulting, cybersecurity, risk consulting and a wide range of technology capabilities and services.

Tyson brings an extensive track record of leading teams and driving growth. He most recently served as Chair of the PwC US Board of Partners & Principles and as the Deputy Platform Leader for PwC’s Cloud & Digital business. Other previous leadership roles include US Consumer Markets Leader, Central Market Advisory Leader, US Private Company Services Advisory Leader, as well as US Consumer Markets Digital, Technology, and Innovation Leader.

Before joining PwC in 2010, Tyson was Vice President & Partner at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants (acquired by PwC), where he focused in the Products and Services Industry. Prior to joining Diamond, Tyson was a Senior Manager at Accenture, focusing on Communications, Media and High Tech companies. Tyson received a B.A. in Computer Science from DePauw University.
