Vera Shevchenko

Vera Shevchenko is an Executive Coach in EY’s Americas Coaching Practice. She has a broad range of experience through various Talent roles in large, global, matrixed companies and has coached senior leaders at EY for nearly 20 years. She currently leads M&A Coaching in the Americas which focuses on the human dynamics of an integration and aligns leaders on both sides of a deal faster, unlocking the full value of an acquisition. Vera has a BA in International Studies from Manhattanville College. She obtained the ORSCC credential through CRR Global which is the first ICF accredited systems inspired coach training. She is a PCC certified coach. Vera resides in New Jersey where she enjoys spending time at the beach with family, friends and three very spoiled rescue dogs.
