Vicki Mazur, Head of Total Rewards at Raymond James has built her career in Human Resources with over twenty-five years in Financial Services at firms such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Lord Abbett. She started her career in Retirement Benefits and has held a variety of roles from Head of Compensation, Head of Workforce Analytics, as well as running Global Equity and Deferred Compensation Administration. Additionally, Vicki was quoted in a Merrill Lynch study conducted in partnership with Age Wave regarding Women and Financial Wellness, on the importance of planning for increased longevity.

In her tenure at Raymond James, Vicki has supported strategic expense management initiatives, increased compensation analytics capabilities and enhanced benefit offerings such as improved parental leave, fully firm paid short-term disability, and added inclusive family benefits (IVF, ABA and transgender medical coverage). Over the past three years, the Total Rewards team has continually supported return to office initiatives, several business unit acquisitions all while managing design and administration of the plans supporting our associate and advisor populations. In 2022, Vicki was appointed to the Operating Committee of Raymond James.

In addition to her professional life, Vicki is as an avid athlete, a two-time Ironman and six-time marathoner and is passionate about fitness and wellness in the workplace. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Great Explorations Children’s Museum in St. Petersburg, FL. Vicki holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at New Paltz and a Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management degree from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC.
