With more than 20 years of experience in corporate communications, Vicki Wray has a passion for helping leaders at all levels of an organization engage employees and drive organizational change in support of business goals.  With her deep expertise and creative energy, Vicki successfully translates and delivers messages so they are understood and appropriately acted upon by all constituents.

Vicki’s work has taken her from Ellis Island to the White House – all in the interest of helping a client succeed.  Currently an independent consultant and affiliate consultant with On the Same Page, Vicki uses her business knowledge and expertise to counsel leaders, develop plans and facilitate clear, engaging communications for both profit and not for profit entities.  She has demonstrated expertise in executive communications, strategic organizational communications, crisis communications, corporate social responsibility and large-scale change initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.

Previously, Vicki was responsible for developing and implementing internal communications at Gartner, the world’s leading information technology research and advisory company.  Prior to Gartner, Vicki built and led internal communications, trade media relations and philanthropy for the Legal Division of Pfizer.  Her responsibilities included internal and external communications support for the General Counsel as well as support for Human Resources around all people issues.  Previously she led internal communications at AOL Time Warner and at Revlon, where she also refocused the corporate charitable giving program.  At Burson-Marsteller, her clients included AT&T, DuPontand the U.S. Army.   

Vicki is the co-author of an article on the Pfizer Legal Division Pro Bono/Corporate Social Responsibility program, was inducted into the New York Academy of Women Achievers, has won Mercury and Telly Awards and was recognized for her “outstanding creativity with positive impact on the business.”   She currently serves on committees for the Stamford Museum & Nature Center and previously for the Katonah Museum of Art and Board of Directors for the Bartlett Arborteum.
