Victoria Pavlov is the Vice President of Global Benefits at Hearst where she leads the Health & Welfare and Retirement teams.

Previously, Victoria was Vice President of Global Benefits at Nielsen. In this role, Victoria lead US and global benefits and retirement programs for 15,000 to 46,000 employees in more than 100 countries. Prior to Nielsen, she served as the Director of Health and Wellbeing for American Express.

Victoria spent over 15 years as a consultant advising large US multinationals on their benefits strategy and design.

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa (Canada).
