Vikram Gupta

Vikram Gupta works to connect people and strategy to tackle complex human capital challenges and achieve exceptional business results. He started his career supporting government agencies such as the Department of State and Homeland Security with strategy development, change management, and risk analysis. He has supported numerous public and private sector clients as a management consultant at PwC. More recently, Vikram has been supporting financial services firms. At Vanguard he supported the redesign and creation of several topline divisions and departments. He is currently the AVP of Organization and Leadership Effectiveness at Lincoln Financial Group where he focuses on organizational development and change leadership. Vikram holds a BS in International Politics from the School of Foreign Service and an MBA both from Georgetown University.
