: Vincent Colombi is a Senior Strategic Account Executive at Carrot Fertility, the leading global fertility care platform for women, plus people of every age, race, income, sex, sexual orientation, gender, marital status, and geography. In his role, Vincent works closely with employers who may have large and sometimes complex total rewards strategies to discover ways to enhance their fertility and family-forming benefits through Carrot. 

 Vincent has more than twenty years of experience in sales and leadership roles at several healthcare companies, including Carrum Health and Collective Health, as well as insurance experience, beginning his career in consulting at Arthur J. Gallaher and Co. 

 Vincent was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and now resides in Southern California. He has a 6-year-old daughter who he enjoys spending time with at the beach, on the tennis court, or in the kitchen. He is also a longtime volunteer with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County
