EXL Analytics has grown 25x since 2010 and is now one of the largest analytics service providers in the world. EXL Analytics leverages its advanced analytics and AI expertise, proprietary data assets, and enterprise data management capability to design and deliver solutions that deliver business outcomes for Fortune 500 clients. Vivek is a seasoned business leader with 20+ years of experience in strategy and management consulting to Insurance, Financial Services, Media and Healthcare companies across the world. He has broad experience in using Analytics for Marketing, Risk Management, New Product Development, Operations and Financial Management. Vivek has been with EXL since the acquisition of Inductis in 2006, where he was a Partner. He has excelled in various leadership roles within EXL including heading enterprise strategy and setting up a strategic deal team. In his current role he helped build the EXL Analytics business, and shaped its overall strategy and capabilities through partnerships, investments and business acquisitions. Before EXL, Vivek was a partner at Inductis, a specialized Analytics consulting firm that focused on Financial Services and Healthcare clients and started his career as a consultant with Mitchell Madison Group. He is a Computer Engineering Graduate with an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
