Wendi has responsibility for KPMG’s health and welfare benefits, in addition to well-being strategy and programming for the firm. As the Senior Director of Health & Welfare benefits at KPMG, Wendi is dedicated to offering benefits that meet the diverse needs of our partners, employees, and their family members. Wendi has expanded KPMG’s benefits to include programs that help KPMG’s employees to thrive at work and at home, including new caregiver concierge programs, enhanced mental health offerings and family support. Prior to coming to KPMG in 2001 Wendi held various positions in the insurance marketplace including sales and account management, consulting and overseeing the benefits department at a large NJ hospital center.
