Wes Siegal is the Vice President of Talent Effectiveness, leading the organization design and development, learning and leadership, and strategic human resources business partner functions at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center ("MSK"). MSK is an internationally renowned academic cancer research, education, and health care center. The purpose of the Talent Effectiveness department is to develop the organizational capabilities needed to enable MSK's operational success and strategic transformation. Wes has a doctorate in organizational psychology from Columbia University and 30 years’ experience helping people, organizations and teams perform at their highest levels. While Wes’ career has included roles in external and internal consulting, his work always focuses on increasing peoples’ commitment to broader goals, then providing the skills and structures that transform these aspirations into concrete achievements.
