Whit Raymond is a Senior Fellow in the Human Capital Center. Whit is an advisor and strategic leadership coach to senior executives and teams to strengthen how they lead change. Passionate about building healthier, more adaptive, productive teams and cultures that are guided by active leadership, he also is a master facilitator of executive groups and projects where consensus, shared focus, and collective commitment are necessary to achieve stretch objectives.
