William C. Weldon is the Former Chairman of the Board and CEO of Johnson & Johnson. He joined Johnson & Johnson in 1971 and over the course of his career he held numerous positions in the US, Europe, and Asia.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of JPMorgan Chase & Co., Exxon Mobil Corporation, CVS Caremark, and HeartFlow, Inc. He is a member of various not for profit organizations and also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Quinnipiac University.
