Wilson Kwok is Chief Strategy Officer of Prudential Corporation Asia (PCA), responsible for development of the regional strategic agenda, managing and executing inorganic and joint venture activities, assessment of new market opportunities, support of regional strategic initiatives, and optimizing shareholding structures. PCA comprises a leading life insurer in Asia with operations across 12 markets, and also one of the largest asset managers in the region with a presence in 10 markets as well as distribution offices in the US and Europe.

Prior to joining Prudential, Wilson was a strategy consultant with Bain & Company, as a leader of the financial services practice in South East Asia and Greater China. His experience covers corporate and business unit strategy, customer and distribution strategy, market entry, operations improvement, organization design, M&A and post-merger integration. His clients included international and domestic banks, insurance companies, asset managers, consumer finance companies and technology providers.

Wilson has an MBA from INSEAD and a Masters in Engineering and Computer Science from Oxford University.
