Tracy Kofski Wittman is the Vice President, Total Rewards & People Analytics for KinderCare Learning Companies (KLC). As the VP, Total Rewards & People Analytics, Tracy leads the strategy, design, administration and communication of compensation, benefits, employee support, and people analytics. Strategic focus areas include leading the nation in fair and equitable early childhood educator hourly wages, transforming the company from private to public, and driving significant innovation in the healthcare benefits space to lower costs, improve quality and support the employee experience.

Before joining KCE, Tracy has held the position of Vice President of Total Rewards at both General Mills (~$16 billion in revenue and 40,000 global employees) and Target Corporation (~$63 billion in revenue and 325,000 employees nationwide). She has prior experience as an HR Business Leader, HR Operations Leader, and Performance Management Leader at General Mills, and the Executive Compensation Director at Target. Tracy also spent several years as a Compensation, Benefits and Performance Management Consultant for Deloitte & Touche.

Tracy has served as the Board Chair for the Business Group on Health, the WorldatWork Association, and the WorldatWork Society for Certified Professionals. She has been a WorldatWork member since 1991 and has earned her Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) designations.

Tracy earned her MBA from Loyola Marymount University and her bachelor’s degree in organizational studies from the University of Michigan.
