Yolanda is the PwC US Chief People and Inclusion Officer and is based in Stamford, Connecticut where she lives with her husband and two daughters.  

Yolanda is a principal who has been with the firm for over 13 years working with teams across every aspect of the employee experience—from onboarding to managing performance to fostering diversity and inclusion. She leads a team of over 2,000 professionals in PwC’s People organization, helping create an environment where all 75,000 employees can be themselves, grow their careers and thrive.   

As Chief People Officer, Yolanda is a co-sponsor of My+, the firm’s biggest and boldest reimagination of its people experience focused on using technology to personalize careers at PwC. Under her leadership, in 2024, PwC achieved its highest position in seven years on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list, climbing eight spots to #22. As AI continues to revolutionize industries, Yolanda is leading our 75,000+ employees through an upskilling journey, landing her a spot on the 2023 Forbes Future of Work 50 list.  

Before joining the US Leadership Team, Yolanda was the firm’s Chief Employment Counsel and led a team of lawyers responsible for advising the firm’s People team, the Office of Partner Affairs and the Office of Diversity. Yolanda also served as president of the PwC Charitable Foundation, Inc. During her time on the Foundation’s board, she championed diversity, equality and inclusion, education and humanitarian efforts.  

Outside of work, Yolanda strives to be of service to her community. She is an active leader in the Stamford Norwalk Chapter of Jack & Jill of America, Inc. and the Fairfield County Chapter of The Links Incorporated.   

Yolanda received her JD from the Boston University School of Law where she was a Martin Luther King, Jr. Fellow and a staff editor of the Public Interest Law Journal. She is a proud graduate of Howard University, where she received her BA.
