Yoonah leads the social impact pillar of Starbucks Coffee Asia Pacific’s strategic plan, focusing on creating positive outcomes across 15 licensed markets in the region. Her work involves providing strategic support for initiatives such as Community Stores, hunger relief programs, and partner (employee) engagement, to benefit local communities.

Before joining Starbucks, Yoonah served as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, where she oversaw the firm’s philanthropic efforts in Asia Pacific. This included global initiatives such as 10,000 Women and Goldman Sachs Gives. Yoonah began her career as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State.
