Yulia Tseytlin

Dr. Yulia Tseytlin is a Research Fellow for the Environmental, Social & Governance Center, Europe, at The Conference Board. She holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management and an MSc in Operations Research and System Analysis, both degrees from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and a doctorate in Economics from the EBS University, Germany. During her research career, Yulia developed efficient algorithms for optimization of hospital processes (Technion), of sustainable irrigation by treated wastewater (IBM Research Lab), and of inventory allocation with product substitution (EBS University). She has published several scientific papers in top peer-reviewed journals and fiction in literary journals.
