Zachary Shoup is an advisor, coach, and change agent with more than 15 years’ of experience partnering with organizations and communities. He has supported leaders in a variety of industries including financial services, healthcare, higher education, publishing, behavioral healthcare, and not-for-profits. Zac’s career has focused on building organizational capabilities for change management, transformation, leadership development, learning, and organizational effectiveness. Zac has published scholar-practitioner work in the Journal of Community Psychology, Organization Development Journal, Collaborative Change Library, and Practicing Organization Development 4th edition. Zac is a graduate of Bowling Green State University’s College of Business, receiving his Master’s degree in Organization Development. Zac lives in Columbus Ohio with his wonderful wife Alexis, daughter Charlotte and son Owen. They enjoy music of all kinds and spending warm summer nights sharing stories and memories with friends and family.
