Zoie Lagoudis

Since September 2023, Zoie Lagoudis has been a part of The Conference Board as a Member Engagement Associate in the Human Capital Center. Her primary role involves guiding HR executives and their teams from a diverse group of Fortune 1000 companies, primarily based on the West Coast, through the wealth of resources available at The Conference Board. Her goal is to ensure that they can fully leverage their Human Capital Center membership, providing them with the necessary guidance and support.

Before joining the Conference Board, Zoie studied Mass Communications, focusing on Journalism, at the University of South Carolina. She continued her education by returning to her home state of New York and graduating with a master’s degree in Corporate Communications from Baruch College. Zoie's extensive education and previous work experience in communications have given her the tools to engage with members and enhance the member experience.
