Patrick Dailey

Patrick Dailey, Ph.D., is an industrial and organizational psychologist.  He has senior level corporate and consulting experience with major international organizations including Hewlett Packard, Herbalife, and PepsiCo. As a founder of BoardQuest, Dr. Dailey consults with boards and C-suite executives on matters of board composition and structure, governance matters, board recruitment and evaluation as well as executive assessment and coaching projects. Dailey serves on the nominating and governance committee of a private company and has earned NACD’s Board Governance Fellow certification.
