Andy Molinsky, Ph.D.

Andy Molinsky is a management professor at Brandeis University’s International Business School with a joint appointment in the Psychology Department. 

He is the author of newly released Harvard Business Review Press book Global Dexterity: How to Adapt Behavior Across Cultures Without Losing Yourself in the Process.  His work on cultural
adaptation has been featured in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, the Economist, Fast Company, the Boston Globe, and the Chronicle of Higher Education. He has also appeared on NPR and the Voice of America

He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and M.A. in Psychology from Harvard University. He also holds a Master's Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and a B.A. in International Affairs from Brown University.
