Avivah Wittenberg-Cox is CEO of 20-first, a leading international gender-balance consultancy. 20-first works with top management at some of the world’s best-known companies to identify the business opportunities of gender balance and how to achieve them. She has written a number of best-sellers in the field, including One Key to Gender Balance, Four Phases to Women’s Careers, Seven Steps to Leading Gender-Balanced Businesses, How Women Mean Business, and Why Women Mean Business: Understanding the Emergence of Our Next Economic Revolution, which won the Manpower Business Book of the Year award. Her most recent book is a more personal take on the consequences of gender balance at home: Late Love: Mating in Maturity.

Avivah speaks on leadership, marketing and talent management, and dual career issues across the globe, writes for Harvard Business Review and teaches at HEC Business School. She is Founder and Honorary President of GlobalPWN.net, an international professional women’s network. Canadian, French and Swiss, she has been recognized by ELLE Magazine as one of the TOP 40 Women Leading Change. She lives in London with her sculptor husband and is occasionally visited by her two, globe-trotting, gender-balanced children, a son and daughter.
