Gretchen Gavett is an associate editor at the Harvard Business Review. In her work, she edits and project manages the Big Idea series, which illuminates timely topics affecting business and society. It has won two Folio Awards (The Aging Workforce and Advancing Black Leaders) and a Digiday Media Award (Incivility on the Front Lines of Business).
She also acquires and edits articles for the website and magazine and provide editorial oversight and mentorship for the Instagram team.

Gretchen has a BA, English Literature from Wheaton College Massachusetts and an MA, Gender/Cultural Studies from Simmons University.
