Rob Kaiser is president of Kaiser Leadership Solutions. In addition, he is an advisor, author, and internationally recognized expert on leadership.

He began his career at the Center for Creative Leadership and became a partner in the executive development firm, Kaplan DeVries Inc., in the 1990s. Rob grew concerned that the leadership industry was not up to the challenges posed by the disruptive global economy of the 21st century and formed Kaiser Leadership Solutions to create research-based solutions and tools that set a new standard for innovation and impact in assessing and developing leaders.

Rob has helped multinational companies in a range of industries to get better results through better leadership. He has coached leaders and their teams, conducted executive assessments for hiring and promotion, designed and delivered development programs, and advised CEOs and CHROs on managing talent and shaping their leadership culture. He also teaches talent professionals the art and science of coaching, executive assessment, high potential development, and people analytics. Rob has certified over 1,000 development professionals to use his integrated suite of tools for assessment and development.

Rob has an M.S. in organizational psychology from Illinois State University and was recognized with its Career Achievement award. He is a Fellow in the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology and has received its Scientist-Practitioner Presidential Recognition Award.
