In 2020 we explored the new world of work: the shift to remote work, what it takes to maintain organizational culture in a remote workforce; and resilience and leadership in crisis. We conducted frequent surveys of HR executives about COVID-19 issues, especially in relation to the talent issues caused by the pandemic. And in the wake of George Floyd's death and anti-Asian backlash, we doubled down on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
