The Conference Board is delighted to announce the launch of the Corporate Governance and Stewardship Council, an exclusive Pan-European group dedicated to executives with governance interest and responsibility within selected multinational organisations. Members will include Senior Corporate Governance Officers, Corporate Secretaries, Secretaries to Board of Directors and Institutional Investors responsible for corporate governance policies and will maintain strong connections with the Corporate Governance Research Center, in Europe and in the US.

Members will have an opportunity to meet, off the record, with peers and major investors and derive great value from the quality of the participants and interactions; Participants will connect regularly and meet 3 times per year in-person (London, Paris, Brussels, Geneva) to learn best practices, new ideas and insights that cannot be found anywhere else. The group is member-driven, confidential, vendor free and diverse in its size and cross-industry participation.
