The Human Capital Analytics (HCA) Council provides a forum for HCA leaders to share information, ideas, and inspiration to elevate HCA's impact in their organization. Discussion topics include trends and practices for drivers of attrition/retention; HR dashboards and self-serve analytics; HCA influence in strategic workforce planning; HCA focus, structure, talent and skills; and data literacy of HR and business partners.
