The Conference Board®-Burning Glass® Help Wanted OnLine™ (HWOL) Index rose in August and now stands at 105.1 (July 2018=100), up from 103.4 in July. The Index rose 10.3 percent from June to July and is up 0.8 percent from a year ago.
