ESG Center members only

On June 23, we held an interactive Center Briefing on key legal issues associated with returning to the workplace. This was a deeper dive – which is a follow-up on a previous webcast – on how companies can prepare now for the legal claims that may arise out of the pandemic and returning to the workplace.

Center Briefings are quarterly webinars – exclusive to ESG Center members – that provide a look ahead to upcoming ESG regulatory, legislative, judicial, and legal developments. In this session, hosted in collaboration with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, we discussed practical ways to mitigate the risk of, and prepare for, various legal claims and related considerations, including:

• negligence claims;
• breach of fiduciary duty claims;
• retaliation claims;
• employment claims;
• privacy claims; and
• reputational risks.
