11 July, 2017 12:00 PM ET [12:00] (New York), 04:00 PM UTC [16:00] | (1 HR) | Time Zone Converter

Please join us for the next Governance Watch webcast on Tuesday, July 11th at 12:00 pm EDT. Our panelists will discuss global crisis management and recent developments in the law of privilege in the U.S., England and Switzerland, particularly in the context of investigations, and how authorities and courts in those jurisdictions deal with privilege claims in the international context.  This panel will be of particular interest to those responsible for planning or conducting internal investigations or who may be engaged in investigations with an international component.  It will focus on practical tips for preserving privilege when possible, and understanding and managing the limitations that may be unique in cross-border matters.

Hosted in collaboration with Cleary Gottlieb, Governance Watch is designed to address the latest developments in corporate governance through bi-monthly webcasts featuring provocative expert guests and insights. CPE and CLE credit available.
