Background

In 2020, The Conference Board issued Brave New World: Creating Long-Term Value through Human Capital Management and Disclosure based on a series of rountables held in 2019-2020. The report explained how effective Human Capital Management (HCM) can drive long-term value for companies and, indeed, for society.

The Human Capital and ESG Centers is jointly holding successor a Working Group on “Telling the Human Capital Story of Business Impact: Beyond Mandated Disclosures.” This will involve:

  • Holding a series of four sessions (of approximately 2 hours each) under Chatham House Rule.
  • Harnessing the expertise of executives of the Working Group, in conjunction with outside experts and research, to produce a report in 3Q 2022 that will provide practical advice and tools to help firms to prepare for disclosure and seize the opportunity for C-suite alignment, stakeholder management, and corporate branding.
  • Being featured prominently at the CHRO Summit conference later this year, as well as across other platforms (webcasts, podcasts, expert briefings for Members of The Conference Board).

Providing the opportunity for executives to learn, share challenges, share successes and ask questions of other leading companies and outside experts on this topic.

Description

Participating in a Working Group session is an exclusive benefit for Human Capital Center and ESG Center Members, and there is no fee associated with this program.
