ESG Center Working Groups

This is the fourth and final session of our Working Group on Building a Sustainability Culture. In prior sessions, we’ve discussed:

• What a sustainability culture is, what’s necessary to build it, and the benefits and challenges of doing so (March 10, 2022).

• Who is responsible for developing a sustainability culture and the roles of human capital, communications, business units, the C-suite, and the board (May 5, 2022).

• How to evaluate, measure, track, reward, and reinforce progress in building a sustainability culture (August 10, 2022). 

This session is about business impact of sustainability and will feature examples of companies that have prioritized integrating sustainability into their culture, the tangible and intangible benefits they have achieved, the costs incurred, the time involved, and the lessons learned.
