Drawing upon the research and resources of The Conference Board’s Human Capital Center, this four-session Roundtable series under Chatham House Rule will utilize case studies and participant challenges and successes to address the following key areas:
(1) How can total rewards better support changing business needs and employee priorities?
(2) What ‘benefits’ really means in today’s changing landscape and how can they be more impactful for both employers and employees?
(3) How can compensation shift to partner more fully to support future success?
(4) How can we integrate the various elements of total rewards to create a holistic, impactful employee experience?
In the fourth session, we will explore the emerging use of creative, high-value nonmonetary rewards to attract and retain employees. Session topics include:
- Building on content in shared in the first three sessions to improve coordination
- Demonstrating the importance of taking an integrated approach to total rewards program design
- Collaboration across HR to create a personalized and engaging employee experience -foundational to a high-performance culture
