Please join us for a CHRO Fireside Chat on well-being from a CEO perspective on December 10th, from 1—2 PM ET. Diana Scott, Human Capital Center Leader, will engage Steve Odland, President and CEO of The Conference Board, in a conversation on well-being, including why CEOs and C-suites need to pay attention to well-being and what they can do to promote “being well” throughout their organizations.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions and draw lessons for yourself and your organization.        Topics will include: 

  • What well-being looks like today and why people are suddenly so concerned about it
  • The impact of employee well-being on factors such as performance, innovation and retention
  • Employee expectations and CHRO commitment to well-being in the workplace
  • Actions CEOs and CHROs can take to address the well-being crisis, including what you can start doing now to have an impact
