This working group discussed TA’s role in strategic & operational workforce planning including creating and updating workforce plan (forecasting supply and demand); implementing HC analytics to manage TA data; working with organizational teams (HR, Operational, financial & legal teams) the C-suite and Board; managing TA capacity and structure; leveraging the insights and data from strategic workforce plans.

Human capital analytics (HCA) uses data to make decisions that improve business outcomes by extracting meaning from the data. We discussed data availability, accessibility level of the data, as well as analysis of organizational business plans and review of internal and external historical talent data.
