A TA capacity management plan should be part of an organization's workforce planning process. A TA capacity management plan creates a recruitment strategy and focuses on the most valuable open positions, allowing TA leaders to prepare for surges and freezes in hiring. Topics on the agenda include understanding TA budget/resource flexibility requirements as well as critical roles/positions.

After registering for the first session, you will be pre-registered for all remaining sessions.
