In these turbulent times, the marketplace for talent is becoming increasingly difficult to navigate.

Economic shifts, the labor market, workers’ expectations, and the bounce-back from remote work all factor into the ongoing challenge of recruiting, retaining, developing, retraining, and upskilling your workforce.

Add to this the impact of Artificial Intelligence and those responsible for creating, leading, and managing teams in the realms of marketing and communications will need to rethink their approach to talent management.

Research shows that leaders believe many of the hard skills of the creative community can now be mimicked by machines: ideation, data analysis, copywriting, innovation, segmentation, messaging, design, planning etc. are all in play for the machine world. So how do humans take advantage of this? How do managers train their teams on the use of AI, upskill as needed, etc.? How does it affect hiring, salaries, etc.?

The marketing and communications space is one of the sectors most rapidly being impacted.  Certainly, jobs will be disrupted and displaced but also augmented and elevated.

So how do you change your approach to talent management to take advantage of these changes and keep your creative edge in the marketplace?

Come and join our round table to share ideas, insights, experiences, and actions with your peers in other companies.

We are all tackling the same problem but from different perspectives and when we bring those perspectives together, we begin to see the whole picture.
