Human Capital Analytics Tools

The Conference Board is pleased to announce a new partnership with RBL.ai to offer the Organizational Guidance System (OGS). This tool provides analysis-based recommendations to help users prioritize the initiatives that will have the greatest impact on employees, customers, strategy, financials, and corporate social responsibility.

OGS measures key factors of business performance and current practices in the areas of talent, organization, leadership, and human resources. After completing assessments in these four key areas, users receive custom recommendations and continuously honed predictions of what initiatives will have the greatest impact on desired business outcomes. In addition, users will receive the support to create a strategy map, allowing them to review the causal relationships between leading and lagging indicators.

Members of The Conference Board US Human Capital Center will receive exclusive access to the Organizational Guidance System as part of a new suite of tools to help businesses focus on their organization's workforce and understand the relationship between human capital management and corporate performance. In addition to the partnership with RBL.ai, The Conference Board is pleased to simultaneously announce partnerships with HCMoneyball and ROI Institute, all designed to enhance the support offered by The Conference Board to our valuable US Human Capital Center Members. These tools help benchmark, monitor, and measure the impact of an organization's human capital investments, allowing business leaders to focus on the issues that are truly key for sustainable success without getting lost in the vast sea of workforce data and metrics available.
