The Conference Board Announces Partnership with ROI Institute to Offer the ROI Repository for Human Capital Investments
2021-07-01
The Conference Board is pleased to announce a new partnership with ROI Institute to offer the ROI Repository for Human Capital Investments. This collection of return-on-investment tools, templates, and case studies helps HR leaders and practitioners demonstrate the impact of their human capital investments on business results.
The repository includes self-assessments to help executives evaluate the focus of their HR programs, their readiness for ROI, and what drives their human capital investments. Users can calculate ROI, turnover costs, monetary benefits of programs, and program costs. Tools are available to evaluate ROI and included case studies offer examples of real-world ROI studies on topics including stress management, engagement, coaching, work from home, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The ROI Repository for Human Capital Investments is offered exclusively to Members of The Conference Board US Human Capital Center, as part of a new suite of tools to help businesses focus on their organization's workforce and understand the relationship between human capital management and corporate performance. In addition to the partnership with ROI Institute, The Conference Board is pleased to simultaneously announce partnerships with HCMoneyball and RBL.ai, all designed to enhance the support offered by The Conference Board to our valuable US Human Capital Center Members. These tools help benchmark, monitor, and measure the impact of an organization's human capital investments, allowing business leaders to focus on the issues that are truly key for sustainable success without getting lost in the vast sea of workforce data and metrics available.
As work and the workforce change, companies need new approaches to drive human capital performance. The Conference Board US Human Capital Center provides insights and expertise to improve employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, coaching, HR technology, leadership, learning and development, total rewards, strategic human resources, talent acquisition, and human capital analytics processes.
