Organizations can solve this problem by offering leadership development programs that provide global experience, business acumen, and executive presence, delivered through multiple learning channels. Organizations with high potential development programs are 3.6 times more likely to perform in the top 20 percent of companies. In an era of limited resources, companies will get the biggest bang from their training dollars through action learning, stretch assignments, high potential programs, coaching, and mentoring.
