At last month’s sold-out Employee Engagement & Experience Summit in Las Vegas, more than 180 practitioners and industry leaders came together to examine how cultures, leaders, employees, and brands are interwoven to create the optimal working environment for stellar performance.
We were privileged to have with us outstanding practitioners who shared their insights, including executives from Salesforce.com, American Express, Bristol Myers Squibb, Quicken Loans, Hospital Corporation of America, Deere & Company, CarMax, HP, Intuit, Cisco, SurveyMonkey, Hulu, Cardinal Health, AT&T, Novo Nordisk, and Nationwide. The highlight was our visit to Zappos world headquarters, where we learned how the retailer created its core values, built its culture, and runs its business around a simple, singluar mission: Delivering happiness.
