Designing the Future of Diversity and Inclusion: Aspirations and Opportunities

Although D&I has achieved important successes, current practices are insufficient to complete the journey and fulfill the business case. At our December D&I conference, we partnered with CoVision for an enhanced conversation about D&I challenges and opportunities, including the highest aspirations of leading practitioners from a mix of industries, functions, and identities. Discussions included innovation and paradigm shifts, meaningful metrics, influencing public policy, and expanding business value. Results are summarized in this report.
