Mental Health and Well-Being In The Workplace: What Works and Why It Makes Business Sense

Employers around the globe are focused on the well-being of their employees and many have started well-being programs. A recent focus has been the mental aspect of well-being, and in particular, what companies can do to improve the mental health of their employees to create a more inclusive, engaged, and productive workplace. The returns on a well-being program with impact can be outsized. This report provides recommendations and resources for those looking to begin a well-being initiative at their organization or increase the momentum of a current program, and it includes examples of successful initiatives.
